DOTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS
I love doTERRA essential oils, and I use them in a variety of ways. I share Frankincense and Lavender in my Kundalini yoga classes. I diffuse a blend of Geranium, Wild Orange and Sandalwood in my living room. I make a body oil that I use after a bath or shower from Deep Blue, Geranium, Lavender, Wild Orange, Sandalwood, Coconut, Rose, and Sesame oil. I also use On Guard to improve my immunity when I am fighting off a bug, Digestzen instead of Alkaseltzer or Tums for stomach upset, and Breathe instead of Vick’s Vapor Rub for chest or sinus congestion. Mesh produce bags
Single use plastic is a HUGE problem for our planet. Plastic is found in the digestive systems of most seabirds and under kilometers of arctic sea ice today. The Pacific Garbage Patch is larger in size than the state of Texas. Hopefully you already bring your own reusable totes to stores to bag your items at checkout, but with mesh produce bags, you can go even further and eliminate all of the single use plastic bags you might be using for fruits, vegetables and bulk items.

Don’t want to use Ziploc bags and Saran Wrap, but not sure of an alternative to replace these harmful plastic products with? Introducing Etee Food Wraps.
