Cream of Buckwheat Cereal with Honey, Coconut Milk and Pecans

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Cream of Buckwheat cereal (available on online)
2 1/2 Cups water
1/2 Cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp chopped raw pecans
1/2-1 tsp quality/raw honey
1 tsp grass-fed butter

PREPARE

1.   Bring water to a boil.

2. Stir in Cream of Buckwheat cereal.

3. Return to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. When cereal has thickened to desired consistency, stir in butter and honey, then transfer to 2 bowls.

5. Top with chopped pecans and coconut milk.

6. Serve and enjoy!

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with a side of fresh berries of your choice.
